Jon and Dan have set themselves apart based on their education, training, and combined experience.  Together, they have attended hundreds of hours of instruction on the most recent Active Shooter Incidents worldwide - thoroughly studying these mass casualty events (Post Sandy Hook Debrief, Aurora, CO, Virginia Tech, Beslan School Siege, etc.).  

 

Dan and Jon have worked with multiple businesses, local governments, hospitals, schools (2nd largest high school in the State of Michigan), daycare facilities and churches on their procedures when responding to the threat of violence or Active Shooter Incidents.  They have partnered with administrators to implement policies and procedures that reflect current best practices as well as trained employees on proper threat response. Through the many training sessions and drills that Dan and Jon have conducted, they have trained thousands of people on tactics and winning mindset for surviving an Active Shooter Incident as an unarmed civilian.  Both have conducted Active Shooter Drills with local, state, and federal agencies. They have provided threat assessment reports for building upgrades to businesses, churches, daycares and schools as well as provided these same organizations the necessary information that law enforcement will require when responding to a crisis.
